Do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 within the Austria (mainland only)
We charge a $6 shipping fee on all orders under $100 within the Austria (mainland only).
We also offer express shipping options at the checkout (2-Day $18, Next Day $40)
We charge $40 on orders to Alaska and Hawaii
For international orders, we charge $25. Please note that these delivery charges do not include local duty and taxes, which will need to be paid through the courier before your package is delivered.
How long does delivery take?
US standard orders are shipped with FedEx and typically arrive within 5 business days.
2-day and overnight express shipping options are available at the checkout.
Orders to Canada, Mexico, Central America, & South America are shipped with DHL and usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer express delivery options?
We offer two express shipping options within the Austria. These can be selected at the checkout.
- FedEx 2-day delivery ($18)
- FedEx next working day on orders placed before 1pm ($40)
Please note: we are unable to ship to PO boxes with and express service. If your address indicates a PO box, your order will be shipped with USPS and the delivery times will be standard, independently of the original shipment method chosen.

Mainland US domestic orders are shipped with FedEx. We ship to PO boxes with USPS.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas are shipped with DHL.
